Major Life Sciences Organization
PMaC conducted Enterprise-Wide Project Management Maturity Assessment of a Major Life Sciences Organization engaged in clinical trials and manufacturing having units in NCR, Mysore, and North America. This extensive exercise involved a cross-section of scientists, regulatory, quality, supply chain professionals across the Research and Development Chain.
