Jubilant Life Sciences
Jubilant Organosys (Life Sciences) realized the need for development of project management competence of their scientists with a focus on pharmaceutical projects. Prakash Industries- Power & Sponge Iron
A market leader in sponge iron, Prakash Industries, decided to expand its power generation and distribution capacity through an intelligent concept of cluster power plants-both for captive and commercials applications. PMAC helped implementation of project management best practices to plan, execute, and control the Power Plants and new Kiln Projects.
A leader in Metro Rail won the contract for supply and commissioning of trains for Delhi Metro. Indus Towers with 109,000 towers in 16 circles across the country has the widest coverage in India. As an industry leader, Indus has received numerous awards and recognition. PMAC facilitated development of Project Schedule of “Pan India Telecom Towers Consolidation” Project which had aggressive completion target, as part of Business Critical Initiative. The project team represented South, East, North, and West Regions. The real-time scheduling exercise involved intensive work: preparation of sub-schedules, merging regional schedules, preparation of master schedule, resolving dependencies and resource conflicts, discussion on constraints and enterprise environmental factors, and customization of scheduling best practices.

PMAC introduced PMI Standards to 4.5 million tons Iron Pelletizing Project. The intervention included real-time schedule development of 18 months project at Barbil, Orissa.
