Before PMAC, Krishna has held senior management positions in large industries with MNC collaborations. Krishna carries more than 20 years of experience and has contributed to the success of over USD 16 billion worth projects. He is three times recipient of the CMD’s Award, Industry’s highest individual honour.


In his spare time, he engages in Social Sector Initiatives. His passion also includes supporting professionals and shaping up their careers.

Himanshu Bahuguna

Director, Business & Principal IT Competence Practice


Himanshu is a veteran Information Technology Professional with over 18 years of experience. At PMAC, he leads Business Development and IT Solutions, helping clients find right solutions customized to their specific needs.


Prior to PMAC, Himanshu worked with Vertex, Capita India PLC, and IBM.


Himanshu is B. Tech and M.B.A. in operations management along with host of industry certifications including VM ware, Storage training SAN from HP, CCEA, Citrix, MCSE, ITIL and Prince2.


He enjoys trekking and exploring mountains. In his spare time, he also loves writing and contributing as a journalist.

Alok Sharma

Director, Consulting & COO


Alok Sharma, former CFO of Profinman Services Limited (Singapore), has more than 15 years’ experience of Project Selection, Project Planning, and Project Controls.


At PMAC, Alok is heading consulting arm and also working as COO. He has successfully executed hundreds of consulting assignments for variety of industries.


An avid traveler. He likes visiting countries and knowing cultures.

Anurag Jain

Director, Kaizen


Anurag is Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 12 years of experience in setting up and driving Business excellence in Fortune 500 MNCs and 6 years of Management Consulting experience in driving Change and Business Excellence. At PMAC, Anurag heads Kaizen Initiatives, helping professionals and clients learn and implement continuous improvement in their products and processes.


Prior to associating with PMAC, Anurag worked with Nokia, Wipro, United Health Group, and General Motors.


Nature lover, cares for pets, and eats organic food. Strong believer in Power of Yoga.

A senior professional with 19 + years industry experience in managing projects with a good blend of offshore and on-site based customer facing roles. Prior to Swiss Re, he has served as Global Program Lead in HP and Head of Transitions and Technical Accounting in AXA XL. Puneet possesses strong leadership skills to drive the teams to achieve project time-lines, while managing changes and risks associated with the application transition program.
